Free standard shipping applies to all orders of €50 or more within the European Union.
For orders below €50, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment has been received and confirmed by Beetles & Bugs S.à r.l.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed during checkout.
EU Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).
Deliveries to certain territories that are part of EU Member States but outside the EU VAT or customs area may be subject to additional import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees upon delivery.
These include, but are not limited to:
Canary Islands (Spain), Azores & Madeira (Portugal), Åland Islands (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), Livigno & Campione d’Italia (Italy), Heligoland & Büsingen am Hochrhein (Germany), and French overseas regions such as Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, and French Guiana.
Such charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in our shipping costs and are beyond the seller’s control.
Non-EU Deliveries
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) may also be subject to customs duties, import fees, and local taxes, payable by the customer upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer legislation, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a online purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

before the withdrawal period expires.
Upon withdrawal, a full refund will be issued, including standard delivery costs
(excluding any extra costs for upgraded delivery options), within 14 days of notification — or after receipt/proof of return of items, whichever is earlier.

Non-Returnable Items
According to Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons
• Worn, washed, damaged, or altered products
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Gift cards or digital goods
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving returned goods or acceptable proof of return.
Direct exchanges are currently unavailable. To exchange an item, please return the product per our return policy and place a new order.
Original shipping costs are refundable only in the event of full order withdrawal, and only up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option.
