1. Right of Withdrawal (Online Purchases Only)

1.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract within 14 days without stating reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the goods.

1.2 Effects of Withdrawal

Upon valid withdrawal:

• We refund all payments received excluding initial shipping costs,

• Refunds are made using the same payment method,

• Refund is withheld until goods are returned.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the buyer.

Returned goods must be:

• unused,

• undamaged,

• complete,

• with original tags and packaging.
