Right of Withdrawal – Online Purchases Only

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

• We will refund all payments received from you excluding delivery costs

• Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods

• Refunds are made using the same payment method

We may withhold reimbursement until goods have been returned.

4. Return Conditions

Returned goods must be:

• unused

• undamaged

• complete

• with original tags and packaging

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the buyer.

We recommend tracked and insured shipping. We are not liable for lost return shipments.

6. Exclusions

• Gift cards are non-refundable

• In-store purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal

• Sale / outlet items purchased online are NOT excluded from statutory withdrawal

7. Voluntary Exchanges

If an exchange is accepted voluntarily:

• No cash refund

• A gift voucher (store credit) will be issued

• Exchange must be requested within 14 days
